Are you interested in helping create supportive environments for youth? Join a Planet Youth Nipissing Community Action Team!
Community Action Teams are groups of community members and organizations that work together to:
- Share the survey findings and engage with their communities.
- Make an action plan to respond to local priorities.
- Put the plan into action and monitor progress.
Anyone with an interest in improving health and wellbeing outcomes for youth is welcome to join – parents, grandparents, carers, youth workers, school staff, sports, arts and other activity providers, municipal staff, counsellors, etc.
